None of the images posted on the page will be stored in any file by NOEMÍ JIMÉNEZ FURQUET, but they will remain on the social networking site.
Competitions and Promotions
NOEMÍ JIMÉNEZ FURQUET reserves the right to run competitions and promotions in which a user who has joined her page may take part. The terms and conditions for both, when the platform of the social networking site is used for that purpose, will be published on the same. This will always be done in compliance with the provisions of the LSSI-CE and any other applicable laws and regulations.
The social networking site does not sponsor, endorse or administer any of the promotions in any way whatsoever. Nor is it associated with any of them.
Advertising
NOEMÍ JIMÉNEZ FURQUET may use the social networking site to advertise her products and services. If she decides to process your contact data to carry out direct commercial prospection actions, she will always do so in compliance with the legal requirements of the Spanish Law on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD, as abbreviated in Spanish) and the LSSI-CE.
Recommending the page of NOEMÍ JIMÉNEZ FURQUET to other users so that they may also enjoy the promotions or be kept up to date with her activities shall not be considered advertising.
